Day 1: Be angry and do not sin

Ephesians 4:26-27 WEB
"Be angry, and don't sin." Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil.

Anger is not always wrong—but it is dangerous. Paul allows anger without giving it the driver’s seat.

“Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil.” Unresolved anger becomes a foothold.

What anger have you been nursing past sundown?

Practice: Name the anger to God before bed and ask for clean next steps. Lord, teach me to be angry without sin. Amen.
