Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;
Before peace of mind comes peace with God—justified by faith.
“Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” The war of condemnation ends at the cross.
