Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
Fear shrinks the future. God answers fear with presence and strength.
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you…” The command rests on the promise: I am with you.
What fear feels loudest when you forget God is with you?
